Today was absolutely gorgeous at 70 plus degrees and we spent most of the day outside. I didn't get any pages made but did finally take pictures of these pages. Nala's birthday and Halloween. Enjoy.

I could really use a wish right now

If you listen to the radio at all you've probably heard the song by B.O.B, Airplanes. My neighbors kids listen to it non stop. Here is the chorus:

The song was popular last fall around the time that we found out Nala had cancer so when it plays I always think that Nala needs the wish. So I made a quick page for the song using the picture I took of Nala with my iPhone after she had her CT scan and was miserable.

Happy Valentine's Day

This weekend we went to Wilmington to celebrate my dad's 62nd birthday! The weather was amazing and we got some beach time in on Saturday and Sunday. I hope spring is here to stay.

Nala turned 4 on Saturday! We wanted this birthday to be special and of course it rained all day and was cold. We did however make her a whipped cream and dog treat pie that she shared with her friend Charlie. Happy Birthday Nala.

A few months ago I was looking at a magazine and read an article of a scrapbook lady that hung her pages on a curtain rod each month to show them off. Being a pretty cool idea....I decided to get a curtain rod and try it. I made 4 quick pages this weekend to hang.

Today has been yuck. I had a cold for about 10 days and started to feel better early this week. Two days ago I started to feel congested again and last night was horrible. I thought my head was going to explode so I went to the doctor today and got some medicine for a sinus infection. I also took a nap and didn't eat lunch. You know I am sick when I do either of those.
