Cruise Pages Post 2

Today has been yuck. I had a cold for about 10 days and started to feel better early this week. Two days ago I started to feel congested again and last night was horrible. I thought my head was going to explode so I went to the doctor today and got some medicine for a sinus infection. I also took a nap and didn't eat lunch. You know I am sick when I do either of those.
Here is the second post of my cruise scrapbook pages.

Baltic Sea Cruise Scrapbook Pages Post 1

Over the holidays I had a few days off to get started on my scrapbook from our Baltic Sea Cruise in July 2010. I got a ton of pages done, so it will take multiple posts for me to show you all of them. The pages are all very full because not only did I want to include good pictures and journaling; I wanted to include receipts and other things I collected throughout the trip. For each country I made a page where I sewed (thanks mom for teaching me how) a pocket on to a page and put all the extras in the pocket. I didn't take any pictures of the pocket, so you wont be able to see those unless you come visit :) I'll try to post the pictures in order the best I can.

Happy New Year

I want to thank everyone for a wonderful holiday season. I started with an amazing trip to Colombia to visit my sister and came home to my family at the airport. Kyle, Nala, and my parents were there to greet me and to spend Christmas with.
Christmas Eve we did some shopping around town, went to Brio for dinner with Kyle's family, and finished the day with midnight mass. On Christmas morning we woke up and went to the neighbors to watch their kids open presents, opened our own presents, ate breakfast, and started cooking for the party. Kyle had 8 relatives in town so they came over with his parents and sister for an afternoon of talking and eating. We went to bed that night tired and to our surprise woke up the next morning with 8 inches of snow. We took Nala for a walk to the high school and let her run like crazy in the snow. It was nice to be snowed in for a little while to drink hot chocolate, play in the snow, and relax.

On New Years Eve we went to Catrina and Erick's wedding downtown at the Sheraton. Their wedding was beautiful and the best part was that their dog Rocky was the ring barer. Congratulations Catrina and Erick!

Best wishes to everyone in 2011. My goals are to take more pictures, blog more for my family, scrapbook at least 2-3 pages per month, and to travel.
